Bob Lee Trujillo
A native to Santa Fe, Bob Lee Trujillo was born at the Santa Fe Cradle Home in 1953. His father, Berlin Trujillo, retired from the State of New Mexico Highway Department and his mother, Maude (Martinez) Trujillo, retired from the State of New Mexico Attorney General’s Office.
Having now been a professional local Real Estate Broker for over 46 years, Bob Lee has acquired vast knowledge and experience in many different facets of the business including commercial development, new homes, resale homes, land and subdivision development.
Bob Lee’s easygoing manner and commitment to providing the best service possible to his customers and clients have assisted him in becoming one of Santa Fe’s most successful Realtors. In 1993, the people of Santa Fe voted Bob Lee “Best Realtor of the Year” in the annual “People’s Choice Awards” sponsored by the Santa Fe Reporter, and Bob Lee has continued to earn recognition and Top Producer awards throughout the years.
One of the most enjoyable aspects of Bob Lee’s life is to spend time with his wife (Tish), family, and his daughter(Delilah), who is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and co-owner of a Structural Engineering Company with her husband. John McCarthy

John J. McCarthy has over 51 years of experience in real estate development and corporate management. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and has received an MBA from Southern Methodist University. His development experience includes industrial warehouses, large scale land developments, office parks, hotels, apartment construction, condominium conversions and single-family housing.

Following graduation from the Naval Academy, Mr. McCarthy served in the U.S Navy Submarine Service. He then joined XEROX Corporation as Manager of Revenue Forecasting for the Southern Region.
​
Next, Mr. McCarthy joined Trammel Crow as a partner and developed residential properties in California, Arizona, Texas, and Oklahoma.
​
For 18 years, Mr. McCarthy was President and owner of General Western Corporation, an entity that developed office parks, large-scale single-family subdivisions and master-planned developments, hotels, apartment complexes, single family homes and converted numerous apartment projects to condominium.
​
Mr. McCarthy lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico with his wife of 61 years and enjoys offshore sailing, playing the cello and visiting with his five children and eight grandchildren.
